SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Rippa Collectables! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rippa Collectables. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through our store and website, including sealed trading card boxes, packs and related products (the “Products”).
This Shipping Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with a purchase.
SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and cleared. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during promotional periods, or where delays occur due to high order volume.
Orders are not typically processed, packed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
We reserve the right to delay shipment where necessary for fraud prevention, payment verification, stock confirmation, or address validation.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS
We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders within Australia and, where available, internationally. Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout.
Shipping options may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, order value and carrier availability. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping provider for your order unless a specific shipping option is selected and paid for at checkout.
SECTION 3 - DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
For Australian orders, delivery generally takes 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and service selected. International delivery timeframes vary by country and carrier and may take 7–21 business days or longer.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, public holidays, service disruptions, or other events outside our control.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size, weight and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates. Any such promotion will be subject to its own terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
For international orders, shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other government charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 5 - TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery progress using the tracking information supplied. If there is an issue with delivery, you should contact the shipping carrier promptly and also notify us so we can reasonably assist where possible.
SECTION 6 - PACKAGING AND PRODUCT CONDITION
We take reasonable care to pack Products securely for shipping. However, minor wear to outer plastic wrap, seals, or product packaging may occur during handling or transit and does not necessarily constitute damage to the Product itself.
Where Products are sold as sealed trading card boxes or packs, we do not guarantee mint condition packaging unless expressly stated in the product listing. Products are sold as sealed unless otherwise described.
SECTION 7 - RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to and risk of loss for Products passes to you once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Rippa Collectables is not liable for products lost, stolen, delayed or damaged in transit after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier, except to the extent required by applicable law.
SECTION 8 - INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, failed delivery, or non-collection, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees before the order is resent.
SECTION 9 - LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant supporting information, including photographs where applicable.
We may assist you in making a claim with the shipping carrier where appropriate, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any carrier investigation or claim.
Any remedy for lost or damaged parcels will be subject to the carrier’s investigation process and any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 10 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We may offer international shipping to selected destinations. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, delays, duties, taxes, and import restrictions imposed by local authorities.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Products ordered can be lawfully imported into your country and for paying any customs duties, taxes or related charges.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or additional charges arising from customs or import processes.
SECTION 11 - FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address details, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you no longer want the order after it is returned to sender, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
